This class is designed for all students with or without experience in Pilates or exercise. Based on principles of Joseph Pilates, this class improves core strength, flexibility, the mind-body connection, and posture. You will learn how to access your powerhouse (core) without straining your neck. A great class for students of all levels.
Pilates Reformer:
These classes are small group training sessions performed on the Pilates reformer machine. Under the trained eye of our professionals you are certain to see results. This practice is highly effective and is suitable for all levels. We recommend combining these sessions with mat and Yoga classes for best results. Reservations are necessary.
Pilates Tower/Reformer:
This group training practice is for those students with experience on the Pilates reformer. An adequate amount of core strength and stability is necessary. These classes provide amazing results, and are suitable for intermediate to advanced students. Reservations are necessary.
Cardio Pilates:
Great for cardio junkies! These classes will utilize the reformer, jump board, trampoline, mat, and ring. These interval workouts are fun , effective, and suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
Mama Pilates Pre Natal:
Every woman has the innate, intuitive wisdom needed for the process of birth. Prenatal Yoga and Pilates is an excellent way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the challenges of pregnancy and delivery. Sessions help you free the body of tension and discomfort while preparing your mind and body for childbirth. No experience is necessary. The practice of Yoga and Pilates can help create a world (your body) for your baby that is healthy and at peace. You have nothing to loose except stress.
Teen Tower:
This class is specifically designed for teenagers ages 13-16. They will learn how to access their core muscles through fun balanced movements on the mat, reformer, and trampoline. No experience is necessary. Reservations are required.
