Class and Session Reservation Policy

Class Policies New Clients must have an online account with emergency contact information and a credit card on file.

Reservations Necessary for Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Cycling Classes.

Expiration Dates are only extended for Medical reasons and require a note from your doctor. Please check your expiration for package purchased.

Twenty-Four Hours Notice for Privates to avoid charges.

Cash payments required for all single sessions and unlimiteds.

Reservations are not necessary for all classes at Prana Yoga. Please arrive early with your own mat if possible.

Packages for Pilates Reformer and Children's Classes are consecutive sessions and expire within the weeks purchased. Make ups are offered within one week and must be completed before your package expires.

Reformer Classes are scheduled 1x or 2x per week and expire 4-8 wks.

Let Instructors Know if you are pregnant or have any injuries.

The Classes and Programs provided by Prana is not without its risks, and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. They include but are not limited to: risk of injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, or adverse effect of over-exertion such as muscle strain, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorders of heartbeat, and very rare instances of heart attack. To reduce the risk of injury, before beginning this or any exercise program, please consult a healthcare provider for appropriate exercise prescription and safety precautions. The exercise instruction and advice presented are in no way intended as a substitute for medical consultation. Prana Pilates and Yoga disclaims any liability from and in connection with any of their programs. I take complete responsibility for my presence at Prana and I will not hold any instructors or Prana responsible for any injuries or loss I may incur as a result of my participation in any classes. I hereby confirm that I have read and fully understand this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement. As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a physician.
